Ahi Poke
- 1/2 pound sashimi-grade ahi block, diced
- 1 stalk chopped green onion
- 1/4 chopped white onion
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Hawaiin red salt
- Grated fresh ginger
- Togarishi (Japanese chili pepper blend)
Combine all ingredients except togarishi. Refridgerate for a bit. Sprinkle with togarishi before serving.
