Ahi Poke

  • 1/2 pound sashimi-grade ahi block, diced
  • 1 stalk chopped green onion
  • 1/4 chopped white onion
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Hawaiin red salt
  • Grated fresh ginger
  • Togarishi (Japanese chili pepper blend)

Combine all ingredients except togarishi. Refridgerate for a bit. Sprinkle with togarishi before serving.
