Not only did he not eat the sandwich, he didn’t try to fish it out of the trash, nor was he trying to take food out of the building – then they spent additional money on fighting his claim – this is beyond ludicrous.

I agree with the large majority of the previous 126 reasons, but this one is, well, stupid.
there are reasons why you cant eat things that are “destined for the trash”. Like, if they allowed that to happen, how many filet mignons would become “garbage”? oh hey, this bottle of Dom Perignon looks really old………
