Chili’s a good application. Basically anything that involves long cooking in liquid, too, as it’s fairly low in fat and might be a bit gamy otherwise.

mix it 50/50 with some pork sausage and make a meatloaf. If gameyness doesnt bother you, I would say just make a couple big ass burgers! this is what I would do. On a gameyness scale of 1-10 I would bet elk burger is about a 4.

Chili is gonna pretty much cover up any elkiness. I’d say go with the meatloaf suggestion or maybe some meatballs (cut with some fattier meat, probably pork).
