My wife believes him to be the finest Vice President this Country has ever had. With my PhD and all, I examine such questions with a more discerning intellect. Though I hold Spiro T. Agnew in the highest regard (he reminded me so very much of myself, plus he was from Maryland, where my wife and I reside in a popular retirement community), I must proclaim Charles W. Fairbanks to have been the greatest. I am, however, greatly impressed with Mr. Cheney's domestic surveillance policies.
