My wife ("Nurse Liz") and I are great admirers of "Mr. Dick Cheney," if you must know. My wife believes him to be the finest Vice President this Country has ever had. With my PhD and all, I examine such questions with a more discerning intellect. Though I hold Spiro T. Agnew in the highest regard (he reminded me so very much of myself, plus he was from Maryland, where my wife and I reside in a popular retirement community), I must proclaim Charles W. Fairbanks to have been the greatest.

I am, however, greatly impressed with Mr. Cheney's domestic surveillance policies.
