		<description>Excellent, excellent, excellent.  As I said in the email, I'm staring at my 12 quart pot of pho.  I had a bowl earlier and it's just missing something.  As with my chinese beef noodle soup, it took me a good 15-16 rounds to finally achieve what I am looking for.  After tomorrow, back to the drawing board haha.  Thanks again.  Great post - clearly explained.</description>
