GC, yet another nice post on mexican food (carnitas). I’m definitely going to try this at home b/c the lady loves tacos. Those salsas looks so spicy that you don’t need to go thru the trouble of staking someone in the desert. just toss the leftover salsa at their face. Nice post.

Hey Kirk – I was being a bit cheeky about the whole Mexican autonomy thing. I tend to get carried away. I hope you don’t hit Regretto’s – er, I mean Roberto’s! That’s one thing I miss about San Diego – getting carne asada at 2:30am (and waiting in line for it). Also, carne asada benedict at the beach!
